They have been difficult even knowing that both men who died are now with God... and in a waay better place... I suppose I'm just a wee bit selfish and want them to still be here.<br /><br />The good thing about these funerals for me, is the realisation of how dependent we are on God... its so easy to believe that I'm invincible and not realise that every breath is a gift from God... As john piper once said ... (paraphrased)... We shouldn't ask "why?", when people die, but "why not me? I just want someone to tell me... and it to be the right thing!<br />So im at Canterbury uni this year doing a random degree... biology, psychology and spanish... Was planning to do grad school after and become a primary school teacher... but yea not really enjoying uni and kinda wanting to get straight into it and learn how to teach...<br /><br />SO I could either go to christchurch tcol (haven't heard much good about it)<br />or do a bachelor of primary teaching at otago uni, (would be able to cross credit some of my stuff I have already done at canterbury) or maybe go up to Bethlehem college and do 3 years of primary school stuff up there??<br /><br />Kinda would like to decide before next semester so I can change what im doing to suit the following year....<br /><br />Does anyone know anything about the courses? Its been real good so far. Been learning lots. We've been going through Romans and Genesis and learning how to use 2 ways to live (an evangelistic tool)<br />It hasnt been too hot here aye, its been raining for the last few days which is a bit of a relief!<br /><br />Would appreciate prayers for motivation... its real easy to just go for a swim instead of doing readings and stuff but i need to balance that a bit better. also prayers for health... i had cold/ flu kinda stuff for a while but im much better today.<br /><br />wow i almost forgot to say... They have my jandels here!!
